Our Machine Servicing Programme will keep your espresso equipment in the best possible shape; you can look to us to ensure your water filter is changed frequently, your grinder burrs are always sharp and your espresso machine is well cared for. We keep detailed records of customers equipment here at Chiasso and make sure all scheduled maintenance is carried out before problems can occur.

However from time to time things can still go wrong. When this happens our customers can rely on us to get them back up and running in double quick time. Simple problems we can fix quickly over the phone, and in almost all other situations we can have machines repaired onsite, in a matter of hours. In the rare event that we have to take the machine away we'll install one of ours and do our utmost to keep any disruption to your cafe to a minimum.  

While we supply and recommend Vibiemme espresso machines and Mazzer grinders, we can service and repair almost any make and model of commercial espresso equipment.
