What will I learn?
Grinder calibration and dose, extraction science, puck prep, milk texturing, latte art, workflow, machine care and daily QC. Content is tailored to your goals and current level.
Do I need any experience?
No. We train absolute beginners through to experienced baristas wanting a refresher or advanced skills.
Where are classes held?
Either onsite at your café anywhere in NZ, or at Chiasso Coffee Roasters, Devonport.
