Chiasso Coffee Co. is a New Zealand based, family run, coffee roasting business. We are located at 20 Wynyard Street, Devonport, Auckland 0624 NZ.

Contact Details, Shipping & Delivery
At Chiasso we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery (North Island/non-rural) is 1 – 3 business days. Deliveries further afield, such as to the South Island will usually take 3 or 4 days. Rural deliveries usually take a few days longer than this.
At busy times of the year, such as during December, you should allow an extra day or so for delivery. From time to time deliveries will take longer than our standard terms. In that case we will endeavour to contact you and let you know of the reason behind the delay.
We offer free delivery on all orders over $40 in value. For smaller orders we charge for delivery. Rural delivery does cost more. Signature will be require for any order of $100 or more. If you feel that your order is taking too long to arrive, or you are experiencing any other problems with your delivery, please contact us. Our email address is coffee@chiasso.co.nz.
We are unable to send to PO Boxes or Parcel lockers, please use street addresses only. We do not ship to Waiheke & Great Barrier Islands.
Please note we do not supply to customers outside of New Zealand. We also do not allow pick-ups.
Ordering
To order any product simply click on the product and select “add to cart”. You can then continue shopping in the same manner and, when ready, simply click on “check out” to take you through to the check out and payment part of our site. At any stage during shopping you can check on the contents of your cart by selecting “my cart”.You can also easily adjust the quantities of each item in your cart. To remove an item completely form your shopping cart, simply click on your cart and click on the remove icon.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payment by New Zealand Visa, Visa Debit & Mastercard as well as direct credit bank deposits. We do not accept any other forms of payment. Your payment must be received by us before we dispatch any product(s). All pricing on this website is in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and includes GST. We take great care to ensure the pricing displayed on our website will be accurate at all times, however from time to time we may make a mistake and need to make a pricing correction. In this case we would contact you and refund your money on request.
Viewing Orders
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This will include the details of your order, and your order number. Please keep this information in a safe place. If for some reason you do not receive a confirmation email you should contact us, after first ensuring that the email has not been intercepted by any spam or junk mail filters. If you have any doubts at all please do contact us.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information you simply need to log in and update the relevant portion of the “my account” section. Details that can be edited include address, contact phone number, account password and newsletter sign in/opt out. If you run into any difficulties updating your account information please contact us.
Shipping Information
We only deliver online orders to New Zealand addresses. If you are located outside of New Zealand please contact us & we will see if we can help.
We do not ship to Waiheke or Great Barrier Islands. For other islands within NZ please check with us before ordering.
If you are located in a rural area make sure that you select the rural option when making payment.
It is vital that the rural area option is selected to ensure the prompt delivery of your parcel (note that if the rural option is not selected, and you are located in a rural area, your parcel might not get delivered).
If your order is of significant value, your order must be signed for on delivery. Please make sure someone will be at your chosen delivery address, otherwise there will be a card to call.

Returns & Refund Information
We know that every now and then things just aren’t quite right and we really do want you to be totally satisfied. In the event of anything not being to your complete satisfaction please contact us and we will endeavour to put things to rights as soon as we can.
More specifically, if there is any manufacturing fault or defect or other problem with your product, then we will replace with an identical or equivalent item, or at our discretion, repair the fault or defect in a timely manner.
We make every effort to inform and educate our customers in order to assist them with buying the best product for their needs. Please consider your choice carefully, as we can’t accept returns or replace products where you have simply had a change of heart.
If you would like to change or cancel your order before it has been shipped please get in contact with us as soon as possible, as once the order has been shipped we are no longer able to cancel or make changes to your order.

We also administer the site, as well as track user movement around the site, and gather demographic information. No personally identifiable data is collected, as IP addresses and other such information do not require any personally identifiable information. And, except as set out in this privacy policy, information such as this will not be disclosed, except in aggregate form.

Chiasso makes use of cookies to store data about our visitors’ preferences, as well as to record user specific information on pages the user visits and to customise Web page content based on visitors’ browser type, or other information that the visitor sends through their browser. You may disable cookies in your web browser, but you may experience loss of functionality of the website if you do this.

You may also choose not to provide this information, but if you choose not to this could delay or prevent our ability to assist you or fulfil your order.
