If you are located in a rural area make sure that you select the rural option when making payment.

It is vital that the rural area option is selected to ensure the prompt delivery of your parcel.
Note that if the rural option is not selected, and you are located in a rural area, your parcel might not get delivered.

If your order is of significant value ($100+), your order must be signed for on delivery. Please make sure someone will be at your chosen delivery address, otherwise there will be a card to call.

We are unable to send to PO Boxes or Parcel lockers, please use street addresses only.

Please enter your full street address, a business name alone is not sufficient enough for us to send to.

We do not ship to Waiheke & Great Barrier Island.
