We want you to be happy with your coffee
If something isn't right with your order, just get in touch and we'll sort it out. We're a small, independent roastery and we take quality seriously — if your coffee isn't up to scratch, we want to know.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or we've sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send us a photo and a quick description of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.
Change of mind
Because we roast to order, we're unable to accept returns on coffee that has been opened or is no longer in its original condition. If you've received your order and changed your mind, please get in touch as soon as possible — unopened bags in original condition may be eligible for a return at our discretion.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
