Shipping policy

We only deliver online orders to New Zealand addresses. If you are located outside of New Zealand please contact us & we will see if we can help.

We do not ship to Waiheke or Great Barrier Islands. For other islands within NZ please check with us before ordering.   

If you are located in a rural area make sure that you select the rural option when making payment.

It is vital that the rural area option is selected to ensure the prompt delivery of your parcel.
Note that if the rural option is not selected, and you are located in a rural area, your parcel might not get delivered.

If your order is of significant value, your order must be signed for on delivery. Please make sure someone will be at your chosen delivery address, otherwise there will be a card to call.

We are unable to send to PO Boxes or Parcel lockers, please use street addresses only.
