Cancellation Policy
Cancelling an order
We roast fresh to order, so please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If your order hasn't been roasted or dispatched yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund with no questions asked.
If your order has already been roasted or is on its way, we may not be able to cancel it at that point — but get in touch anyway and we'll do our best to help.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Just contact us before your next scheduled roast date and we'll stop the subscription immediately. We don't charge cancellation fees.

Refunds on cancellations
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
