Our core wholesale blends are built with that in mind:
Milano — Our award-winning all-rounder. Smooth, balanced and reliable, with enough body to work beautifully through milk. The blend most of our café customers build their menu around.
Metro — Bolder and punchier, built for cafés that want a stronger coffee presence in milk drinks.
Dolce — Fully BioGro certified organic. Rich and sweet, with excellent milk performance.
Pascolo — BioGro certified organic, with a lighter, more nuanced flavour profile.

Certified organic options
For cafés wanting to offer organic coffee, we supply fully BioGro certified organic blends, and that certification matters.
It means the coffee is independently audited, tracked and handled properly from sourcing through to roasting and packing.
Dolce and Pascolo carry genuine BioGro certification, giving your customers confidence that the coffee is the real deal, not just loosely described as organic.
Training and support
Wholesale coffee doesn't stop at the bag.
We offer practical barista training for Chiasso wholesale customers, helping your team get the best from the coffee, grinder and machine.
That can include dialling in your recipe, improving extraction consistency, milk texturing, workflow, cleaning routines and quality control.
For new cafés, new staff or teams that need a reset, this makes a real difference. Great coffee needs the right beans, but it also needs the right setup and habits behind the machine.
