Flair 58 – The Manual Espresso Benchmark

The Flair 58 is Flair's flagship manual espresso press – a full 58 mm café-standard portafilter, a sturdy frame and lever built for high-pressure extractions, and an electric three-tier preheat controller so your brew head is at the right temperature for every shot. A pressure gauge and elongated T-grip lever give you complete control over the extraction, and the valve plunger with puck screen means no need to remove the stem when you add your brew water.

What you'll need

Like all manual espresso makers, the Flair 58 needs a quality espresso-capable burr grinder – something like the Lelit Fred or, for hand grinding, the Porlex II Mini. Ask us for a grinder recommendation to match your budget.
