Moccamaster Select 1.25 L – Filter Coffee, Done Properly

The Moccamaster Select is the current evolution of the classic KB and KBG brewers – hand-built in the Netherlands, approved by the European Coffee Brewing Centre in Oslo, and built around a copper boiling element that hits the right brewing temperature and holds it. The Select adds a half-pot/full-pot switch that adjusts the brew for either volume, an intelligent hotplate, and an automatic drip stop that pauses the flow when you remove the jug.
